Opportunities scholar and worked on on Human Genome Project, contributing 29 novel human genes to the database, published a thesis on the herbal medicine practiced by the Pavacachi Tribe in the Ecuadorian Rainforest, and worked on longevity medicine.\u00a0 She then earned her medical degree from the <\/span><b>Medical College of Georgia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and went on to completed her internal medicine residency in Nashville at the <\/span><b>University of Tennessee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
